Rest & Restore
Intuitively guided, bespoke bodywork & yoga sessions to support your whole being.
Offerings
Following the flow of each session, I pull from a variety of modalities - craniosacral therapy, reflexology, myofascial unwinding, aromatherapy, warm stones & more. I’m happy to fold any of these into your session by request.
Rates
My rates are $120 for a 60-minute session tailored to your needs, and $160 for a 90-minute Grief Tending Session. A Community Care Fund and 10% discount for single parents help make bodywork financially accessible for more people.

With 25 years of experience as a bodyworker and yoga teacher, I created Wisteria Moon Bodywork and Yoga studio to connect people with their innate wholeness and ability to heal. I’ve lived in and loved Olympia, WA, for 25 years.

There is one step going into the studio. There is also one step up to get into the house where the bathroom is located. I am happy to help wheelchair users access the studio and restroom.

I don’t use any artificial fragrances and will always accommodate folks who have fragrance sensitivity, ensuring the space is free of potential triggers before and during sessions. If needed, I can schedule fragrant-sensitive clients at least 24 hours after sessions that include essential oils, etc.

Our classes intend to be gentle and inviting to your whole self. You could come and simply rest in community and/or move and stretch your body with care and curiosity. I lay out single mats before class and you are welcome to bring your own mat to layer on top if you wish. There are some cushions and blankets, but again, you are welcome to bring your own.
The studio is small, so if you come in person, it’s cozy! There is the option of zoom for most of the classes if you prefer to practice from home.
Some people may have had a negative experience at a health club, yoga class or even going for a massage for various reasons. Often there is an air of biased cultural norms that simply put, out of alignment with true health and well-being.
There are excellent principles set out by Health At Every Size (HAES), an international movement to promote well-being by celebrating body diversity, honoring people’s lived experiences and intuitive body knowledge, and focusing on joyful movement. These principles are in alignment with the space we want to co-create together.
Celebrate body diversity
Honor differences in size, age, race, ethnicity, gender, dis/ability, sexual orientation, religion, class and other human attributes
Challenge scientific and cultural assumptions about weight and body size
Value body knowledge and people’s lived experiences
Find the joy in moving one’s body and being physically active
Eat in a flexible and attuned manner that values pleasure and honors internal cues of hunger, satiety and appetite, while respecting the social conditions that frame eating options

Yes! We have options using zoom and we can also record classes so that if you can’t make it, you can get a recording to do on your own time.
